Miami, Florida, February 9, 2012 – – Casa Vinicola Zonin will take part in the “Tre Bicchieri USA Tour 2012”. This coast-to-coast event, presented by Gambero Rosso (the most famous Italian Food & Wine portal and accredited guide), will take place on February 15, 17 and 21, 2012.
During this special event, Casa Vinicola Zonin will showcase the following Tre Bicchieri award-winning wines from Tuscany estates Castello d’Albola and Rocca di Montemassi:
- Castello d’Albola: Chianti Classico DOCG Le Ellere (3 Bicchieri)
- Rocca di Montemassi: Rocca di Montemassi Maremma Toscana IGT (3 Bicchieri)
In addition, these other award-winning wines will also be poured: Castello d’Albola Chianti Classico DOCG, Rocca di Montemassi Calasole Vermentino and Rocca di Montemassi Sassabruna Supertuscan.
Specifically, Casa Vinicola Zonin will participate at all three events in the following locations:
- San Francisco: Wednesday, February 15

- New York: Friday, February 17

The “Tre Bicchieri USA Tour 2012” will start after presenting its premium group of award winners to the world. This year – from over 20,000 wines tasted by Gambero Rosso panels – only 375 labels attained that status. Therefore, only producers of a label that achieved Vini d’Italia’s highest category (i.e. Tre Bicchieri), will take part in it.
